Coaching

Most personal trainers or coaches are only available to their clients during the workout. We are available to our clients nearly 24/7. Via our fitness app, we allow our clients to message us throughout the day.

Nutrition

At Click Fit Coaching, we don't believe in restrictive dieting. Meaning, if you're someone who loves pizza, we will make it possible for you to enjoy pizza while you are losing weight and meeting your goals.

After a FREE consultation, we develop a macro plan for your diet, structure a workout program to your fitness level and your goals, give access to our fitness app and help keep you on track over the course of your plan with weekly check-ins.

Meet our owner

Coach Click is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. He has been active in the fitness world for over 2 years helping clients achieve their goals. He specializes in working with clients to lose fat, build muscle and give clients the tools to keep the fat off for sustained success.

After having back surgery, it was coach Click's goal to regain his strength and physique. He used the same principles he teaches his clients to shed the fat off, and increase his muscle mass. Now it is his goal to share these principles with others who are looking to get back they body they had or for those starting their fitness journey for the first time.
